Sod Installation
New lawns installed as sod, with the grading and irrigation to keep them green.
A real lawn is still the right call for plenty of families — kids, pets, and the feel of grass underfoot. The catch in our climate is that a lawn only stays green if the ground under it is right: graded flat, amended soil, and sprinkler coverage without dry corners.
We install lawns as sod — a finished lawn the day it goes down, instead of months of watering bare ground and hoping — and we set up the irrigation and first-weeks care so it roots in strong.
Not sure whether real grass or synthetic turf is the right call? It’s one of the most common questions we get, and the honest answer depends on how you’ll use the yard, how much area you’re covering, and what you want your water bill to look like. Ask at the estimate — we install both, so we have no reason to steer you wrong.
