Low-water rock and desert-scape designs that look sharp and cut your water bill.
Rockscape is the smart default for desert yards: decorative rock, boulders and desert-adapted planting arranged so the yard looks intentional — not just covered. Done right, it’s striking from the curb and costs almost nothing to keep up.
We combine rock in different sizes and colors with berms, dry creek beds and drought-tolerant plants on drip, with weed barrier underneath so it stays clean.
The best rockscapes have anchors — a few real boulders, a palm or desert tree, a run of flowering shrubs — so the eye has somewhere to land. That’s the difference you’ll see in our photos: not gravel spread corner to corner, but a composed yard that happens to need almost no water and no mowing, ever.
